No. First of all, it is almost always her word against his. It's usually a matter of who you believe more.
Also, there will always be the type of woman who will have sex, then suddenly regret it and cry rape.
Then there are the ones who get drunk and remember nothing.
As long as these things are happening, rape will never be taken as seriously as it should.
