The triangular cookie that looks like a hat is called 'hamantash' --literally 'the hat of Haman' in Hebrew.

Purim begins tomorrow night. On Saturday, I will be taking my little nephew to a Purim party.

I once played Haman in a Purim carnival.

I think there were like two Jewish families in my town, and one of them celebrated all the Christian holidays because their mom was Roman Catholic.

nope nI'm not jewish and there weren't many jews in hicksville USA where i grew up. NOt that there seem to be many jews where I am right now. MOst of them seem ot be concentrated in Cleveland Heights and Solon.
