i don't know which of these he is and i think it's irrelevant. he deserves to be punished because the more "erotic art enthusiasts" there are that seek to obtain child cinema for adult viewingography, the more innocent children will be exploited. and that is just cruel.

He probably didn't do it if the art being considered is antique or of a historical nature.

Michaelangelo's David is the one of the most recognizable works of Western civilazation, and since it appears nude, would likely qualify as "erotic". I don't think the differences between cinema for adult viewing and art are all that clear.

That is ridiculous, the difference between nudity and eroticism is very clear, art including nudes such as Michaelangelo's david is asthetic work. Eroticism is just another word for cinema for adult viewingography and if the occasional work is perpetrated by someone with artisitc talent that in no way redeems it. Murders have have also been commited by artists in what some perverts would say was a form of expression.

I don't know ... I still have the feeling he didn't do it, from what I've seen and read, it sounds like art to me.

I'm curious as to what his "kitschy, funny stuff from the 1940s, 50s or 60s” actually has in it. It still seems really odd. Why can't the guy collect comic books like everybody else?

Well, when he owns magazines called '101 Boys,' 'Hot 'n Hung,' 'Young and Ready,' and 'Teen Nudes', then he's the consumer one.
