Its not taking advantage at all. Its allowing the serbs to see the musical act even if they are poor. no one is forcing them to buy the tickets, or stealing their money. I wish they had payment plans for concerts here. I'd be able to see one every six months. But no, I'm too poor.

Oh right coz everyone in LA is fabulously rich.
I can see all those socialites who shop in Redeo Drive going to a public concert with all the East LA crackers to indulge in a Rolling Stones love fest!
I wonder if they will play a gig in the Borderlands of Sound Enjoyment?
That might improve my Nation States economy rating!
