Should the Rolling Stones even play in this country if the people need six months to pay for the reduced-price ticket?
Isn`t that kind of taking advantage? Or not?

Serbian fans of The Rolling Stones are being allowed to pay for tickets to the band`s concert in Belgrade in instalments.

The band have agreed to reduce the cost of tickets to their show August 2 because Serbs earn so little. But even with the discount the ticket price of £32 pounds is still too much for many fans in the country where the average monthly wage is less than £100.

According to the Serbian daily newspaper Blic, fans will be allowed to pay for the tickets over a six month period. The Komuna ticket agency says they made the decision because they had to take the country`s poor economic circumstances into account....

Its not taking advantage at all. Its allowing the serbs to see the musical act even if they are poor. no one is forcing them to buy the tickets, or stealing their money. I wish they had payment plans for concerts here. I'd be able to see one every six months. But no, I'm too poor.

Oh right coz everyone in LA is fabulously rich. I can see all those socialites who shop in Redeo Drive going to a public concert with all the East LA crackers to indulge in a Rolling Stones love fest! I wonder if they will play a gig in the Borderlands of Sound Enjoyment? That might improve my Nation States economy rating!
