Hot Tub... definately the hot tub. And you get the bonus of not having to produce your own bubbles!

I like sauna's better than hot tubs. The same people who pee in swimming pools will pee in hot tubs and they are much smaller than swimming pools, so the urine consentration would be much higher in the hot tub.

Hot tub. Private hot tub. In a sauna I tend to get too hot and have nearly passed out a few times.

the hot tub. saunas make me feel claustrophobic and very uncomfortable after 5-10 minutes. I'm not a huge fan of either one, though

Hot tub. Saunas make you sticky and disgusting, like you've just run a marathon.

I voted for hot tubs but those comments about people who pee in pools make me want to go to the sauna.

Sauna. We lived in a college apartment complex while we were having our house built. Residents were having sex in that hot tub every night. There's not enough chlorine in the world for me or my kids to get into a bowl of semen soup.

"Residents were having sex in that hot tub every night. " You have no idea how hot that sounds.

Hmm.. maybe I don't. How *does* it sound? These were college kids. You know, Ecstasy every weekend, lawnchairs in the pool, and sex in the hot tub. Hey - and if it were my own residence, I wouldn't oppose to *any* of it, and may possibly join in. Not that unusual, I suppose for people that age. However, I'm glad we were only there a year before the house was ready!

Hot tubs are basically filled with people soup. Little bits of peeled or jetted off skin, sludge and who knows what else. Ick.

Perhaps now is the time to inform joyful of a fab new invention called a "Filter". It works well with chlorine, and removes the soup-factor.

I would like to remind my canuck colleague that human beings are responsible for the proper use of "Filters" and I don't trust them one bit. Say are you really Canadian, anyway? Lemme test you. Translate the following sentence: "Pass me a serviette, I spilled some poutine on the chesterfield."
