LOL, there have been no Warcraft-related cases of starvation. There's many of QUITE the opposite though.

It's a really addictive game but if you really gain 100 lbs and lose your job, friends, and family over it, you deserve whatever health problems you aquire. It's not physically addictive so there shouldn't be a warning.

I don't think they need more warnings. They are just like any other passtime and no more addicting than tv.

I'm a big time gamer and what little free time I have I usually play wow with my wife. It's fun and we don't need a baby sitter to do it.

I don't think a warning is necessary. If you hate your life so much that you have to create a separate reality you probably have other problems in the first place.

My boyfriend plays WoW for HOURS on end. He always has obligations to other players and promises to help them "level" or whatever. I am not even sure.

He even mumbles in his sleep about it at times. The other day when I was leaving for work at 6:45 AM I leaned over to say goodbye and he started talking to me about world of warcraft. It gets quite annoying at times, but I am in school so I am constantly doing homework so I am busy too.

I think they are unhealthy, and he keeps trying to get me to play. Not gonna happen, oh no!

I didn't realize people got so addicted to WoW. I have several friends that play it, but they also have active social lives, involved in youth group, and all play soccer.
Maybe the makers should encourage alternate activities to their game? I mean, they get paid the same if a person plays an hour a week as they do if they play seven hours every day, so it shouldn't hurt their business.

i dont think it is the manufacturers job to tell people not to be idiots and disregard their own human needs in order to play the game constantly. That is up to the person to figure out.

All video games should: WARNING: Exessive play will cause you to get fat and lazy.
