I couldn't laugh at this film, I was too busy cringing in my seat. Predictable and contrived, it tries to build a "gross out" style comedy around a silly (or invented) bit of pop-psychology. No sane couple would ever be stupid enough, or desperate enough, to try the premise of this film. Save yourself, avoid this like the plague.
