It's written by Neil Gaiman (Neverwhere, the Sandman books, American Gods, etc.) and artist Dave McKean (who also directs the film). The film went to Sundance, but I'm not sure if it has a distributer yet. I really hope so though. http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/mirro...

I'm almost positive that Henson has a domestic distributor for this. From what I'veheard, it's gotten good buzz at Sundance so I expect it to be makingits way to theaters sometime soon.

Yeah, I can't wait to see this. It's coming out the same weekend as Serenity, so I'm going to be spending all of my time at the movies that weekend.

Ooo! It was good? I wanted to get the book with the same title, but I decided against it. Neil Gaiman is a kick ass author.

That was such a beautiful movie. Very Labyrinth-esque. And if you're a big Labyrinth fan (like me) there are little things they took directly from it. I can't remember any of them off the top of my head because I saw the movie a while ago... But I remember my cousin (who is a Labyrinth freak, too) and I sitting in the movie theater saying "That's sort of like the helping hands." or "That reminds me of the door knockers!"
