:) Wow, I'm glad to hear that. . . Thanks! Isn't it one of the most beautiful movies? I've always thought cemetaries were beautiful, and this movie really played up their visual appeal. among other things, of course. It's my fave too.

How could you not love it? It's one of the few movies I can watch over and over with out getting tired of it. I love the scene with the cop, funny, funny stuff!

19 yrs ago - Saturday 11/23/02 - 2:24:07 PM EST (GMT-5)
yeah trips, it is better. I just love how he learns to enjoy life instead of being preoccupied with death. I'm glad you liked the Cat Stevens, I adore Cat but some people think he's too mellow or whatever. Which one was the third date? sunny? the actress?
19 yrs ago - Saturday 11/23/02 - 2:27:06 PM EST (GMT-5)
yea her,i didnt really get that, and why did Maude take the you know whats on her birthday?
19 yrs ago - Saturday 11/23/02 - 2:29:26 PM EST (GMT-5)
Maude said from the very beginning that she would live to be 80. I guess his mom thought a dramatic person would be a good match for him. Maude had planned it all along. that's why she threw the bracelet into the harbor.

o,that makes sense, thnx.but Bud Cort,he seemed really evil and sinister throughout this movie, his face scared the sh!t outta me.one of my favorite parts was when he was discussing battle with his uncle and maude happend to be protesting
19 yrs ago - Saturday 11/23/02 - 2:34:39 PM EST (GMT-5)
That was all a sham too! a rouse he cooked up with Maude. He was a good actor in that part. I mean, acting like an actor. I loved all the cemetary scenes, they were so beautiful. that movie, even if you never heard a single sound, was still beautiful.
19 yrs ago - Saturday 11/23/02 - 2:36:13 PM EST (GMT-5)
i know that sofey,im not that stupid, thats why it was so halirous.also i loved how he got on out of all his dates

OK trips. Isn't it kinda sad that Bud Cort never did any other acting? I like Vivian Pickles, the mom. Don't know what else she's done.

19 yrs ago - Monday 11/25/02 - 6:27:37 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yeah, it was a weird coincidence. I saw you two talking about it and thought "I should see that someday" and I turn around and my family had just started watching it.
19 yrs ago - Tuesday 11/26/02 - 12:59:05 PM EST (GMT-5)
Hael that is so completely odd since it is a movie from like 1973. Did you love the soundtrack at all?
