It says there that a teeth x-ray will expose you to 5 microSv, which is 0,005 % of the yearly limit for radiation exposure of a member of the public, not to mention 0,0001 % of what a radiation worker is allowed to be exposed to (which is half of the level of exposure that has clearly been linked to increased risk for cancer).
