I learned I miss Thh's threads- When ordering 4 dollars meds from Walmart-make sure you check the pills against an online pill identification site because instead of getting the meloxicam(a anti inflammatory) I got a seizure med instead-AND there was a sticker saying that the pill had changed-still I didn't trust them and it was a good thing I didn't- I went back to the Walmart pharmacy and after furiously debating with a tech, I saw the pharmacist that had his name on my script and he instantly saw it was the wrong med-said tech was fired- and I got a 50 dollar gift certificate from Walmart- Is it wrong to imagine a LOT of coffee I watched Hannabal Rising on youtube-better than Hannbal, not as good as the Silence of the lambs- How was your weekend? |

my weekend was not restful.
and i've been drinking lots of russian tea instead of coffee, which probably isn't a good idea.

It was very careless for that tech to give you the wrong medicine.
What if you hadn't checked up on the meds you had and took them, some serious bad sh*t could happen 
Although it is the pharmacists job to check all scripts before dispensing them to patients... it is here anyway.
MY weekend was ok, I was working overtime, have been for 3 weeks now.... Stuck in pharmacy for a few hours and on firework desk for a lot of hours..... which to my pleasure I found out I am either allergic to the fireworks themselves, or the special packaging they come in.
I cant go near that desk, or handle the paperwork for the deliveries without being crazy itchy
They are now selling my meds OTC now... so i dont need to go back to the docs and get pordded and poked and be told to get injections  |

Lizzy-I think that's why the tech gave me suc h a hard time-
I am thinking of changing over to another pharmacy-because Walmart is just cutting too many corners in the name of profit-

That's a serious mess up with those meds. I hate to think what would have happened had you have taken the wrong meds.
I always check mine when I get them and if they look different than usual, I always ask.
I didn't do jack-shyt this weekend. I laid on my bum for most of it. I did walk my dog and vacumn and clean the bathroom yesterday. Reluctantly.

I would change. If that happened to me, I would forever be wondering if they gave me the correct stuff.

Thing is, the sticker said they changed-but still I compared against the online med ID-so, they were careful, just not careful enough-
complacency is a bad thing with meds-and Walmart is always so crwded and the pharmacy is understafeed-you would think this is one area they would at least be cautious about-

Not at all. I love redheads but I didn't make the chart. It was just supposed to be about blondes.

Mine would be an over processed blond who's hair is the color of dead grass and they have 2 inch roots-and in spite of all that, INSIST on teasing it a foot high-

When shuffling through the leaves at the park, be aware that there could be a stray root sticking out of the ground that your foot will catch on, causing you to yelp and stumble to the side and basically look like a douche in front of the other park-goers.

Do you have a CVS where you live? That's my pharmacy and they do a good job. Been getting my meds there for over 10 years.

Falc: Bren stayed home from school because he wasn't well this morning at all. Throughout the day, he felt better, so he and I went for a walk. We shuffled every single pile of leaves we could find.
It was a really nice time spent with him. And yes, the sound and smell of leaves is awesome.
It was snowing during our walk, too.
