Alive alas Dead
a poem I wrote when I was tired

Alive alas Dead,

Oh a joy,

To be what is in between, instead one

My heart leaps, while others wither in the cold

The world around turns to sadness or gold

I wish I was both, but there is none for me

For I have sinned, just to think a thing

When the world turns, my heart begins to slow,

the others start to bloom again

The polar opposite of me

How could a soul so frail turn into something so mad? they might say

Oh, darling, it's your fault. I would reply with a grin. It's your fault for all that I have sinned.
