Sorry to post another journal, but this is important and I need to get it down. - Mood:Good

I'm watching a video about how to deal with family members with schizophrenia.
This person is talking about how the person might jump up out of a chair for seemingly no reason but that the reason they did this could be because they have a voice in their head screaming at them to get up get up get up GET UP until they have to or the voice will harm them.
Or the person could be agitated because of an argument going on inside their head with two or more different voices arguing back and forth about the person themselves, and this does happen to me quite a bit.
It's so interesting to hear this perspective out of someone else's mouth.

Should I delete my cousin`s husband from Facebook for laughing at all of my political comments? - Mood:Good
Saturday February 25 20174:07:33 PM |
Or does that violate family etiquette?
I'm sure if I asked my mom, she'd say to delete him right away.
But I don't know if I want to be the person to lose a friend over political views.
I've already unfollowed him and stopped sharing Bernie posts.
What more can I do?
I just don't feel comfortable having this person with the ability to comment on my stuff with his "haha" smile face icons.
I feel like I can't post a status about my political feelings.
I know he will put something on there to try to make me feel stupid.
I don't want to interact with him politically.
Should I just stop posting anything political at all on Facebook?
Tell me how to live my life!!!
