Tell me my cake looks pretty... - Mood:Good
Tuesday January 23 20182:34:29 PM |

I know there are some things I need to tweak, but it is drating hot today, great day to cover cakes with fondant! I did it 3 times, the first two it was with multi-use fondant, that you had to mix with sugar to use for covering cakes. It was poo.
And i need to practice getting my cakes to look smoother. Haven't done that for a while.

I really, really hope it cools down on thursday/friday. Then I will do the big cake.

I need some advise - Mood:Good

So, it looks like I have made it to second round with one of the Uivesities I have applied to (haven't sent the application to the other yet, working on it, DO NOT RUSH ME, SYSTEM!).
The semester would start in August, so, up until then I was thinking about working and saving up some money, as it looks like I won't be able to do much of that when class is on.

Now, my question would be: where to? I don't want to go back to Europe yet, since it is snowing and I don't like snow (I will be f*cked for next winter, but will deal with that when the time comes). I was thinking about NZ, until May, and then perhaps Canda. The problem is that summer season will be half over in NZ, as I would be going the first days of February. Would I get a job? More importantly, would I get a decent paying job?

And this is how Christmas spirit got crushed... - Mood:Good
Friday December 22 20173:19:03 PM |
OK, so I was thinking that given that we are so few in my family at this point (as in, we are 4), it would be an easy thing. The last few years we have celebrated with some friends of my parents, which is fine. They are super easy going.

My parents are on their way here, and yesterday they suddently remembered that they want things on the bbq that, at this point of the year, are is not easy to find. So Sonia had to go yesterday running around, tryin to find it. FINE. When they wanted to send me out again on the goose chase, I just said that I went to the butcher's and there was none left. They can buy it on the way here as well. It is just a tantrum. They can deal with it.
