or not?here's the situation
in my neighborhood, the two major roads are offset from each other for some reason
(as illustrated below)
there is a car parked right in front of one of the intersections and is kinda causing problems when people are turning out of both streets at the same time btw, the driveway is empty i'm basically wondering if i would be at all justified to slash this piece of sh-t's tires
