I`m screwed - Mood:Bad

Okay, so In about two weeks or so I have to max out and go up on maxis by at least 20 pounds and we don't have much time to work out at all, and I really have no Idea how to get stronger in 10 days without using weights, I have to go to at least 185 on bench, 225 on squats, 145 on Incline and 145 on Power Clean, and I don't have enough time to up on all of those in just ten days so yeah I;m pretty much screwed and there goes my grade
