Trump hasn't been able to do much yet (thankfully).
It depends on how bad he f*cks up invading N Korea.
It depends on how the investigations end.
It depends on whether he gets reelected.
It depends on whether his business experience starts a recession.

I can never quite decide whether Reagan or Bush Jr are the worst Presidents ever, but 9 months of Trump can't compare to 8 years of their crimes against humanity.

reagan doesn't even rate in comparison to bush
reagan didn't put us into a forever war

andrew johnson was also pretty bad

now we have trump where even if he is completely ineffectual as far as policy goes will still have an enormously negative impact on our standing with the world and each other

all told though, the forever war is still worse

if anything, didn't reagan contribute to the end of the cold war? he took a firm stand against communist dictators and now communism is really on the ash heap of history, save for a few places that still cling to it.

the cold war ended because of negotiations between willing parties
not because of some hardline stance against communism

No. The Soviet Union was brought down by debt. Reagan had no influence whatever over their borrowing or ability to repay.

Fantasists believe that Reagan ramping up the arms race forced the Soviet Union into deeper debt.

But the house of cards was already wobbly before Reagan came into office. The conflict in Afgahnistan and the pressure from the Easr European puppet states was eating up too much money.

Once the people of Czechoslavakia and Poland could see that the Soviet forces couldn't control Afghanistan they realised that they couldn't control them either.
