Yep, everytime I look at someone I put on a fake smile, out of politeness. That's pretty much the only time I ever smile.

I hate when I'm having a really bad day, and someone tells me to "smiiille". Then when I give the most relistic fake one that I can, they say "oh, that's fake! no, really smilllee". Aghh its so annoying. So yeah, I have to fake smile, because I guess I'm not allowed to actually be in a mad mood.

Yes, that's all I do at work, since I don't want to scare customers away.

What would be the point of that? If you don't feel like smiling then don't. there is no law against feeling crappy sometimes.

I hardly ever fake smiles. They're always genuine, and they happen all the time. Which is odd, because a few years ago, I never smiled, even fake ones. I wasn't upset, I just didn't feel like doing it.

Yes. My job requires me to be friendly and approachable at all times, but sometimes I just don't f*ing feel like it, so the grins are rather fake.

Yes. My smiles aren't always genuine. If I don't smile or laugh at something funny my friends say they go "Uh,why aren't you laughing?" which really pisses me off so I just fake laugh and smile even if it isn't funny.
