And I disagree, If you've never been trick or treating then you're not missing out on anything. |

10-ish, I think. I don't remember doing it after elementary school. |

I think I decided my Freshman year was the last time.
But I did go collect some candy tonight for a tiny bit and I'm a senior now. I mean, come on, free candy! |

I was 11. My mother was in the hospital on Halloween, so I didn't go out. And then I just never went again. |

I has just turned 12 when I stopped. I wanted to continue, but my Mom said I was too old and she instead allowed me to invite friends over and we rented a few scary movies and Mom bought us a pizza and lots of candy. |

I think when I was 12 or 13, it was like, "we're gonna go prank everyone!" but instead we just ran around town in masks and did nothing. |

I've never been and its never bothered me...I've always seen halloween as a pointless and overrated event |

I was probably around 11. And I agree with Banana_gurl, it was very overrated. Seemed the people in my area gave out the worst candy (I always had a bag full of rolls of Sweetarts *bleah*) or some of the older people actually gave out pennies. In the 70's a penny was nearly as worthless as it is now. |

I'm 16 and I still haven't stopped. Usually what I do now is go out for a half hour or an hour just to get some candy and then my friends and I will go to a party for the rest of the night. |

halloween is not a big thing in my country like it is in usa, if ts 5-8 years olds is kind of cute but it would be creepy if a kid over 14 did it. |

I'm fifteen, and I still go trick or treating. I don't think going trick or treating at an old age is a big deal. Only once you turn 16.
Holy crap... less than a year. |

I stopped this year. I still dressed up, but I just handed out candy instead. |

we didn't say Trick or treat in those days, I can't remember if I went around saying 'penny for Halloween' or not. I think I did but I can't remember when I stopped. |

Sixth grade or so (~13 then). Middle school i helped with a friend's neighbors' haunted house instead of trick or treating. |
