legal;
It's really the womans choice.
if they don't want the baby, they have two (or more) choices; to put the baby on adoption or just have an abortion.
or say the woman got .. raped, then they have a right to have an obortion.
But I don't think it's...right to kill innocent little things..

Legal, of course, as it has been since before most Americans can remember...

i think it should be the women's choice up until a certain point. after 21 days is when the line should be drawn, IMO, because that is when the heartbeat appears.

^^^ Most women aren't even aware that they're pregnant at 21 days.

perhaps you should pay a little more attention to your body.
regardless, that is my opinion.

you can pee on a stick 21 days after you have sex and get a pregnancy reading. also there are a lot more signs than just missing your period. as a matter of fact, many women continue to have their period during pregnancy.

it wouldn't be a very accurate reading, especially if you'd had sex right after your period and you didn't ovulate for several more weeks.

do you have kids? because everyone is different and every pregnancy is different, and sometimes you are not aware for quite some time that you are actually pregnant.

it surely would be. there are pregnancy tests made especially for 6 weeks prior to your missed periods
you can also go to a doctor's office and they'll either do a urine or blood sample, which is 99.9% accurate

So, what, you expect every sexually active female to run a pregnancy test every week of her menstruating life, just in case gets pregnant?

You can get pregnant even if you do everything right. Accidents happen. Should those women be forced to take to term a child they never wanted and actively tried to prevent?

if a woman is using proper contraceptives, then there is less than .1% she will get pregnant
should they have the right to stop a beating heart?
