Weights? no, I lift trees instead!

Thought it was a joke? nah, I have a coal fire so whenever a tree comes down in the wind I need to cut it into manageable pieces and carry it home. in order to make less trips these pieces are normally as long as my body is tall.

That depends on things like frequency, amount of weight lifted, proper form etc...

Lifting weights is something everyone should do.
