Do you think it's creepy or coincidence that Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack died of the same thing? The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has determined that Simon Monjack died from acute pneumonia and severe anemia, which eerily are the same two conditions that caused the death of his wife, Brittany Murphy, late last year. http://www.popeater.com/2010/07/22/...

And they both could have become anemic through poor diet or eating disorders. If it had been two friends or something, then it might be kind of eerie, but it's not that unusual for couples to die in similar ways.
