Say he caused the bruise and I talk her into leaving with me to go somewhere safe, then I'm a man walking with a woman with a bruise on her face.

no, do you know what the bruises are from?
One time our son was roughhousing on the bed with me and Annie and he flopped down on her and smashed her right in the eye with the back of her skull and she had a black eye.
You dont know maybe the girl in your scenario had been raped and wouldnt appreciate an unknown person rushing up to her and bringing it up or scaring her

This. Unless I've got good reason to believe he is the cause (ie he is verbally abusing her now or physically restraining her) then why would I?

Of course not, the bruising could have come from anywhere. It's terrible to jump to the conclusion that she was abused by the man.
If you see a man with a bruised face walking with a woman you wouldn't assume she'd done it. Or two men or two women.
How ridiculous.

No. How do I know that he was the one who gave them to her? I would only interfere if I saw him giving them to her.

Why would I interfere with a MMA fighter on her day off?

I had a similar thing happen to me but without the bruising.
I had been at a concert with 2 friends, one of which became incapable of standing up during the encore. After they left and I had hung out with the crew and gone and had something to eat, I walked past the venue about an hour later and discovered my 2 companions clinging to some railings like giant sloths. I decided I had better rescue them and take them home.... Except they couldn't remember where they lived.
So at one point I was in the street with a very incapacitated girl while her very incapacited boyfriend was in my car. 2 homelss guys wanted to know if she was OK, which was commendable. I explained the situation but one of them was on a mission and calle dthe police, then he started getting wound up and acussed me of trying to abduct her.

The police turned up and found the situation to be quite amusing once they realised the girl was more scared of them than me.
It turned out that this girl who is a heavy Ketamine user had been sold some PCP instead of K and when it didn't work according to the usual timescale she just took some more, until it hit them all at once. When I got them home after finally working out where they wanted to go, they thought I was a taxi driver and asked me how much the fare was. II gave them a huge price but in the end it was too much hard work trying to pull off the joke.

No, because it could be caused from numerous situations, and I wouldn't jump to conclusions & make that assumption without really knowing.

I would mind my own business unless I witnessed him being physically abusive right in front of me.
