Mine, personally, has fluctuated quite a bit. My first main fluctuation came when I was 11 and 12 and went on a really extreme dieting and exercise routine. I didn't really need to, and you could've probably say I was borderline anorexic or just straight up anorexic (though I was never diagnosed). I was 5 feet tall and went from 110 pounds to 80 pounds in a short amount of time.

Luckily, I came to my senses and started eating normally again. By the time I was in high school, I was 5'3 (the height I am now) and about 145 pounds. I was athletic from swim team, so I was in good shape but I was definitely just average-ish weight.

Then I entered college and in the first year got hit with the Freshman 15. 160 pounds is the heaviest I've ever been. I went on a new diet, but one that was healthy and sustainable. I lost a little over thirty pounds and now I'm down to 127.

I want to keep this weight forever. I think it's a very happy, healthy weight for me. It's been over 8 months since I stopped my diet and I've maintained it so far through an overall good lifestyle. I'm hoping I'll keep it up.

How about y'all?

I used to be fat in middle school. I blame my mother. I lost the extra weight in high school and have kept it off since.

Currently, 101.
I got up to 145 once because of meds, went right back down upon switching to a different med.

I've never had a significant, dramatic weight gain, though my metabolism has definitely slowed w/ age and it always surprises me that I've gained 7-10 pounds over the course of a year or so. I'm certainly heavier than I used to be, but it has been gradual.

I've had significant weight losses as a result of focused exercise and diet.

Over the course of an entire year, my weight fluctuates in about a 10 pound range, depending on the season. Over the course of several years, that 10-pound range creeps a little higher.

i've been around 160-180 my whole life. as an athlete, i often had to tell myself not to eat too much, or if i ate too much, run extra laps/miles.

My weight was a steady 120-130lbs for THE longest time. Then I met my ex ex boyfriend. And well that didn't go well. So I ate my feelings. Then we broke up and I started dating a new guy. Which was an even WORSE relationship. Ate those feelings too. Gained 20-40lbs between both of them. It fluctuated because it wasn't bad the whole time... I should have exercised my feelings. DANG IT!

Now i've got a baby making me gain weight. Less than 9 weeks to go, yay!
