Knowledge, you can then get experience from it....but then it works vice-versa too...so I don't know...

Either one without the other is useless.

Knowledge can't be put to practical use without sufficient experience. Gaining experience is a moot point if you don't learn anything from it. It's one of them symbionic jobbies.
