City becaue the more people the safer you can be. Call me paranoid but this is how I think. If you live in the country and you are being attacked by somebody who's gonna hear you? Nobody !

Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

City. I hate country living.

depends which country and which city!

Country because its less crowded, not as bad crime rate, and I feel like its better air and more open which to me is healthier :)

(I live in both the city and country and so far prefer the country)

I like the country because you feel like you have privacy and because you're surrounded by nature, but unless you are great at self-sustained living, driving miles and miles to the nearest town on a regular basis is a real pain in the ass. You also don't get any of the perks of living in a city; wide range of shops, movie theaters, concerts and events come to major cities, parties, etc.

In the end I'd go with city living.

I like the city because I can walk places.
9 yrs ago, 2 mos ago - Wednesday 9/8/10 - 7:26:19 PM EST (GMT-5)
The country. Easier to retreat when the invasion comes.
9 yrs ago, 2 mos ago - Wednesday 9/8/10 - 9:37:33 PM EST (GMT-5)
The Country, because it's awesome. :)

I've lived in both and country life is much better, and you can go visit the city.

Country. I like having animals...including horses.
9 yrs ago, 2 mos ago - Thursday 9/9/10 - 5:31:53 AM EST (GMT-5)
My first choice would be at the seashore. I've never lived in a city, but it might be fun to try. Generally, I'm a country girl.

i prefer the city for some reason
9 yrs ago, 2 mos ago - Thursday 9/9/10 - 6:22:41 PM EST (GMT-5)
I really have the best of both worlds, as is. I'm in the COUNTY, on a good size lot, but neither so far out in the country that it takes a lot of effort to get to anything nor so squeezed by the city that I don't have my privacy or some semblance of safety.

If I had to pick an extreme, I think I'd go w/ living in the country and visiting the city periodically, rather than the other way around.

Me I like to live with my feet in Dixie and my head in the cool, blue north.
9 yrs ago, 2 mos ago - Thursday 9/9/10 - 6:35:50 PM EST (GMT-5)
I spent the first 17 years of my life in the country. Plus nine years out in the woods as an adult. It sucked bigtime!
9 yrs ago, 2 mos ago - Thursday 9/9/10 - 8:27:01 PM EST (GMT-5)
If I had a bunch of cows and chickens, I would prefer the country. Of course I dont, so I'll stick with jolly old Vegas...

I was born and raised in NYC. I just moved about 40 miles north. What took me so long? I just realized I was living in a cesspool for 35 years. Screw that dump!

9 yrs ago, 1 mos ago - Wednesday 9/15/10 - 8:48:39 AM EST (GMT-5)
I like where I live now, In a suburb on the outskirts of Perth. I am along a train line into the city (about 20mins ride). Just around the corner is a smallish farm. It's kinda a mix of both city and country.
8 yrs ago, 7 mos ago - Tuesday 3/15/11 - 12:07:08 AM EST (GMT-5)
