I think the chicken came first because everything evolved from something else but then again to get the evolved chicken you need the egg !! I'm confused |

Everyone knows that the chicken was a retarded mutated hatching from a griffin egg. |

If we're going by what the modern theory of evolution tells us, then the egg. A chicken-like creature laid an egg which contained a mutated embryo, and this mutated embryo was a chicken. Hence, its egg was a chicken egg.
If we go by what the Bible tells us, then the chicken came first. Basically because God decided. |

I think the chicken came first because you have to have a chicken to develop an egg. |

Not neccesarily. You do need an egg to develop a chicken, though

What laid the egg was almost, but not quite, a chicken.
There was a small mutation in the genetic code of the forming creature, and what came out of the egg was a chicken.
Thus, the egg came first.
(Obviously, I'm not a creationist.) |

It's so obviously the egg !
Like many people before me have said an almost chicken creature layed and egg which had either a genetic malfunction or was simple the next step in the evolutionary chain of a chicken. Some more proof is if the chicken came first that means (because you say the egg DIDN'T come first ) the chicken was born alive and yet modern chickens lay eggs. And there is no way that a chicken could have evolved in such a way as to give birth to eggs instead of live young in one genetic leap. So that means that the accutal bird wouldn't be a modern chicken.
If any one understood that
Well done
I feel strongly on this manner |

What makes you think god didn't make the egg? |

The chicken came first. Because what came first, the human or the egg? The human. A fetus wasn't created, but 'Adam' and 'Eve' were created and then their children.
(obvious religious point of view) |

The egg, for the reasons others have already said. |

The chicken, but only because the egg had been drinking that night. |
