Tough to say. I remember during the writers strike, Jon Stewart got better and Colbert got worse. That means Jon is probably more original. I'll say Jon. |

I think they have completely different styles so you can't really compare them.
Jon Stewart is more straight up with his humour.
Colbert is a parody of Neo-con spokespeople like Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh etc.
I didn't get Colbert at all untill I became aware of people like Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh. Now I think Colbert is hilarious! |

I'm obsessed with Stephen, but Jon's damn good ALL the time.
Stephen had that stupid Allen Colmes on with him when they came back after being gone forever and I still haven't quite forgiven him for it. |
