I always have since I was a kid. I was just about to eat one just now and I thought it'd make a good YT question. Especially since I don't know anyone outside of my own family who eat it.

no, but I'll try it next time I have one. I had no idea you could eat the skin, it seems like it would be too tough.

I don't, the fuzziness grosses me out too much. That's also why I don't eat peaches.

No WAY. I've always wondered how someone could bear to eat the skin. It's all fuzzy. Eww.

I think the skin is too sour, in a bitter way. Also, the fuzziness doesn't make it more tempting.

it's easier to just eat the skin with the fruit than it is to try and peel the skin off. You waste less of the fruit that way.

If one uses a spoon, the fruit scoops out from the peel rather nicely...

"At any rate, on top of all this great stuff, kiwi skin also is known, as are many fruits, for being a source of insoluble fiber, which is great for your digestive tract."
So is that just like the pulp of oranges then? If so, I could give it a try next time I buy kiwi.
To answer the question, never eaten the skin but am up to try anything.

I've never eaten kiwi, so my answer is obviously no.
But if/when I do eat it, I will eat the skin

I don't think I could eat it normally, but it probably wouldn't be too bad in a smoothie.
