11 yrs ago, 6 mos ago - Sunday 8/31/08 - 2:51:50 PM EST (GMT-5)
No, just the name of the town. But besides the high schools, all the other schools in my hometown were named after members of the Louis & Clark trail. My elementary school's name was after a man actually buried next to our playground, who died on the expidition. Every year they'd make us go to his grave and learn about the story.

Nope, just the guy who founded it.

And all he did was found a school.

Mine is named after the town, which is named after it's founder, but Indians couldn't say his name, but they could say Pe Ell, which is close to his name. But I don't live in Pe Ell, I am five miles away. After the logging industry became smaller the school here was closed down.

All the Saints names seemed to have been taken so it is/was called Notre Dame. And there's like one in every city in the GTA/Golden Horseshoe so it got confusing.

11 yrs ago, 5 mos ago - Tuesday 10/21/08 - 12:20:19 AM EST (GMT-5)
