Yes, it NORMALLY does here in Sweden, but thanks to the global warming, which is getting worse, it didn't this year. It didn't snow last year on Christmas either...

9 yrs ago, 5 mos ago - Tuesday 1/1/08 - 4:32:28 PM EST (GMT-5)
We have about a week maximum of snow a year and it's in January or February, never on Christmas Day. There might be a tiny bit of snow on the hills but nothing exciting.

In the NC mountains it tends to snow up at the higher elevations but down at the bottom of the mountains it hardly ever sticks. Our problem is ice and wind they can cause powerlines to go down and trees to fall blocking roads. We have about 2-4 ice storms every winter.
9 yrs ago, 5 mos ago - Sunday 1/13/08 - 9:50:11 PM EST (GMT-5)
