I think it's wrong personally.

In a way it's a good thing because they can use their forums to call more attention to the situation, but at the same time, it does rather seem like a stab in the back.

I don't because they are a different genre - Jay, David, Carson and Conan. Plus the fact that most of them are paying their staff full pay checks makes me think it's different. As I write this, I realize it is pretty much crossing the picket lines but most talk shows are continuing, so the late night crew should be able to continue also.
I'm sooo confused about how I feel!

Dave, and Craig got their writers back because they worked out a deal. Leno and Conan went on without them, I think that's wrong, and the writers should take that into consideration when working out a deal.

Leno and Conan are scab motherf*ckers.

Well who knows what's going on behind the scenes with the hosts and the writers. Maybe they're trying to work out a deal but someone's asking for too much. I just want it all over so I can get my shows back.

they have to make a living somehow. but i think they should just settle a deal already! (hopefully they realize they're nothing without the writers)

I saw the episode of Conan without his writers and he was even funnier than when he had them. So even though I support the strike, I think we learned a valuable lesson, that Conan is awesome and probably shouldn't even take the writers back when the strike ends.

The problem is that if they don't get back on the air all the people that work for those shows will lose their jobs.

If they can handle a show without them, then why not?

I supported the writer's strike, but I can't get mad at Leno and others for going back on the air because I think it was for the benefit of the rest of their staff. Should they have let the rest off their staff off for the writers?
