I don't really support any local teams, but the Scotland football team is certainly cursed when it comes to the world cup. They're not an awful team (though they're not fantastic either), but they always end up facing the strongest teams right at the start, so they never get anywhere. Here's hoping that someday they'll have gotten so used to getting flattened by the best teams that when they're finally good enough to beat them, no-one else will be any competition. Ohh it's nice to dream.  |

All teams are a little of both, but as far as the Aussies go in cricket ~ we dominate, and as far as the swans and crows go in AFL, they do ok.

I'm excited for the game, too! I have to take finals during it, but I'm taping it. I think we're more blessed than cursed - a lot of teams aren't as good as OSU. (basically the entire Big Ten this year...)
