When faced with critical situations, I tend to freeze. I think it comes from not being a mother.

Hard to say. There are some people who just leap into action when faced with danger...while others instantly flee or simply freeze up.

My mom freezes up. My dad reacts quickly to situations and does what needs to be done. I do the same, I don't think, I just do what I have to. Not always a good thing...it's like the need for self-preservation isn't quite as strong for people like that.

no, i do not...i believe that bravery is determinded by the opinions that the person feels...if you feel strongly enough for something then you will stand up and fight for it...it has nothing to do with inherited genes...
