Life is full of burned and crossed bridges; most of the time, we only realize we've crossed or burned AFTER the fact, it gets difficult if you stop to worry about what has already occurred.

That's pretty tough.

There are other tough things like how do you know when it's best to stick to your guns or go with the flow? How do you actually correctly do "tough love"? How do you tell whether something is wrong or (acceptably) different? How do you tell the difference between negativity and reality? Dreaming and Optimism?

12 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Monday 2/12/07 - 9:38:13 AM EST (GMT-5)

It's not the hardest thing in life and discerning between bridges becomes easier as you get older. It all revolves around life experience. You need to burn and cross bridges in order to grow.

When I was younger, that happened a lot more than it does now. Now it seems that I just don't make the bridge to start with; it's easier that way.
