I see dogs dining with their owners on the outdoor tables all the time, and surprisingly enough they were all quite well behaved.

No, I wouldn't want my city to have a law like this.
It's totally retarded to have a law that allows animals to eat with their owners at restaurants, whether it be indoors or outdoors. I'm going out to eat, I'm not going out to a restauraunt to chill in the company of housepets.
come on. Christ, you can't go out to eat without your friggin dog? This would be dumb and unnecessary.

I think it's a good idea.. It's not like the restaurants would be required to allow dogs anyways, and it would only be in the outdoor areas.

Not if it applied to anywhere indoors. I mean, I love dogs as much as the next person, but if everyone brought their dogs into restaurants with them, there would be dog poop everywhere. And that's just unsanitary.

If Jeb Bush wants dogs in a restaurant, then he should make a dining with dogs restaurant that people can go to... I don't know I'm highly allergic. Not to mention the poop issue. Sick.
