We wrote and recited our own vows. Instead of either of those responses, I said, "I, UncleLaughie, take you, ______, to be my lawfully wedded wife; to have and to hold..."

Neither. My wedding (if it exists) will most probably be Greek Orthodox Christian. At these weddings, the bride/groom don't say anything, which sucks.  |

I really don't even remember, it's all a blur. I keep meaning to watch our wedding video to see exactly what I said because I was crying through the whole thing and I could barely talk. I think it was maybe 'I will' though because I remember thinking the vows were weird. But that whole day is one giant blur.
