Prolly not, I know that makes me sound lazy but I've grown so used to having a remote that w/ out it I would go insane. It'd be like living w/ out an arm. |

i would, but i have a small room, i wouldn't have to walk much. from cryin "i could always buy a generic one" from story "He can't get any universal remotes to work with it". |

When I buy a TV or a VCR, I make sure I can also control it from the front of the unit, just in case I lose the remote. You won't believe how many VCRs and TVs can't be contolled without the remote. |

Maybe. Most newer TVs are Universal remote capable. |
