I don't think so... Lucifer was an angel, and rebeled against God. I don't think that meer mortals can sin after their death, which leads into a whole new discussion of whether, when you die, do you go straight to heaven or do you wait around until the tribulations and rapture and the like. So.

Really? Since when? Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you become an angel when you go to heaven?

haha...um... no, sorry xmastree, you don't. Angels serve god, and were around since the begining of time. Gabrille (sp?) isn't some dead guy who became an angel. He was created an angel, he is an angel, and will be an angel. Humans are considered higher on the heavenly hiarchy, because we have tasted temptation. After Lucifer fell the angels chose sides: God's or Lucifer's. They remained angels or became demons. Their free will was taken from them after The Fall. Humans are higher then angels because we have free will and we can choose to serve God or not to serve God.

Don't you think some of the angels were tempted to go and join Lucifer, but chose to stay with God? And if your theory of heavenly hierarchy is correct, than a normal human being in heaven is higher than an angel, who, like you said, have been around since the beginning of time, which includes Michael, who drove Lucifer out, and Gabrielle, one of God's main messengers. Personally I think that God would consider us all equal, once we're in heaven.

I have a question out there sort of like this. Eden was supposed to be a sort of Heaven on Earth, and humans- created perfect- chose to sin. Who is to say that we won't mess Heaven up, too, and it'll all start over again?

It wouldn't be heaven for me without the things Judeo-Christian religions regard as "sin".

I think we are supposed to turn into perfect beings in heaven, so if we were perfect, no we wouldn't sin

My theory is that in Heaven you get to do all the things you didn't on Earth, like have wild monkey sex and kill people you hate.

If one of the greatest gifts God gave to man was free will, it would be rather odd that when man earnt his place in paradise he would lose it.

No - The Scripture says that our death ends sin. In heaven we will be free from sin and pain. Revelations 22:3 There will be no curse any more. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants serve him.
