My birthday is 12/27 so yeah, I've gotten cards and gifts from people that were "one for two" (one gift for two occasions).

No, but once I did give one of my closest friends his Christmas gift and his Valentine gift the same day. He could visit us for Christmas until January and I knew I probably wouldn't get a chance to him by Valentine's Day, so after he opened his Christmas present (which made him cry later), I said "Since I probalby won't see you...Happy Valentine's Day, too!" and gave him his card and bag of Hershey kisses. He started laughing.
