No. He's only lacking two body parts, and real manhood cannot come from one body part. If testes alone are really enought to make someone a real man, then all the brain-dead, hairy-backed, knuckle-dragging macho jerks I work with are right about what it takes to be a man. I agree with MikeEllis. Manhood comes from within, not from the possession of testicles. I have read, if castration takes place after puberty, a eunuch is still capable of sexual intercourse and sexual pleasure.
