i don't think it's much of the government that created my problems. it's more the television and people in general including me, who created my problems. and within that includes government but I cant exactly pinpoint a circumstance in which the government created problems directed to me.

All in all I guess I have a positive attitude here...But neither my problems or the solutions to my problems were things that involved the government, for the most part. My actions are affected by, and the responsibility of, myself alone. I can cite a couple of instances where, when I was younger, I got into some bad scenes and ended up being arrested. At the time, of course, I hated the justice system and all cops who I thought were "persecuting" me (ha ha). But now it's obvious that I needed to be kicked in the ass anyway, so it's a good thing they intervened.

All they ever do is create problems, they never solve anything.

I can't think of anything bad they've done to me personaly, so I'm going to go for possitive.

As much as I complain about them, I'm happy that I have roads to drive on, schools to attend, and laws protecting me from killers and whatnot.

In Texas you can only have one non-relative in your car until you're 18 or 21. I can't remember which age.

Yeah it sucks. If you look underaged and have a full car the cops can pull you over.

its probably until your 18, and here in iowa we have the same thing, its called a graduated liscense. you can get it when your 15, and until your 16 you can only drive to school (and cant be between 12 AM and 6 AM) and then when you are 16, you still cant drive between 12AM and 6AM and you can only have 1 person (or a few relatives) in your car, and then when you turn 17, you can drive at any time, and then FINALLY when you turn 18 you can drive anytime with anyone.

The government means well, it tries to solve problems, but it often just complicates things by 1. having confused priorities, 2. assuming some things can be solved just by making a law that can't, and 3. going about it completely totally wrong. Now, if people still lived in small tribes, we wouldn't have to make things so complicated.
