It was always my best method to prepare. Keeping up with homework every day helped me TONS more than any amount of studying ever did.

I still think that studying works better for me, but I usually make sure I go over the homework examples before an exam too.

The trick is don't do any homework until the day before the exam. then the night before you do it all in one marathon session and your mind will be completely geared towards tomorrow's test

Duh - I always knew teachers gave unrelated homework to keep us too busy to learn what they were going to test us on - so I never wasted time by studying.

Depends on the subject, surely it would work well when studying for a Mathematics exam/test.

It always works for me. I hardly ever study for the tests, but always do my homework and still do fairly well on the tests.

1 night of homework can be worth 2 weeks of studying my teacher once told me.
