Iced coffee has more, but I prefer iced tea.

Yea, it's the sugar that adds the calories. You can have both iced tea and iced coffee w/ an artificial sweetner & be just fine. (just watch the cream in the coffee)

Alone without additives they have no calories, tea for sure anyways, but there is something in coffee that limits the number calories that get burned when in green tea it carries a special substance(forget the name of it) that makes you burn even more calories, which is why it is commonly added to a lot of different dieting pills. As for the iced drinks, the cofee is probably worse but it taste a lot better especially when it is mint chocolate flavor.

If they are plain (no milk or sugar), both have zero. Cream adds a lot of calories, sugar, a bit; milk, a bit. I drink iced tea plain and iced coffee with a dab of skim milk so for me, iced coffee.

the only thing that would give tea so many calories is sugar
