You ever have a day when your at school or work and you feel like you're doing everything wrong and/or just have a sudden drop in energy and spirit? well, i had me one of those days today at work. I was doing my normal bagging duty when 2 customers came in with a 1/2 cart each of cans and bottles claiming that the machines were "busted" (i swear, I must hear that 50 times in any given day). Anywho, I count the bottles on the spot and give the customers their respective money vouchers. Right after I'm done, the PIC (person in charge) walked up and said that NORMALLY I should have went out, checked the machine(s), then count if needed. Is it so wrong to add a little human interaction to the equation instead of being like..."oh the machine is busted you say? well lets go fix it so I can get you out of the way because this place isn't founded on customer service...OH WAIT!!!!" Cont.
