Disappointing. I don't know why they can't get a good writer for these Avengers movies.

Well I guess it's technically a Captain America movie, but it should've been an Avengers movie.

I thought It was a little disappointing opening day, but I was missing Winter Soldier and Ant Man. I went back and watched those, the original Captain American and both Avenger movies, and the refresher made it way better the second time.

Winter Soldier was much better. I heard Ant-man was good, but I haven't seen it yet.
I noticed that in this movie the superheroes don't even wear their costumes for 90% of it. Kind of like watching Superman or Batman without their costumes, just not as exciting or superhero-like.

And there are other weird things like Ironman not believing Cap when he said Bucky was mind-controlled. So they have a fight to the death? Then Cap destroys Ironman's pacemaker thing, but Ironman doesn't die. And at the end they are all friends again.

The weirdest thing is when the Falcon says "You'd have to go Mark Fuhrman on my ass to get information out of me.” Mark Fuhrman never beat up anybody. Does he mean you'd have to call him the N word to get information out of him?

I did like the battle royal between the superheroes. And the Ironman Capt America death battle was good. Though it only makes up about 20 minutes of the entire movie.

Nah. It's all about Cap's friendships and loyalties, old and new. Also the displacement in time - the continuing struggle to adapt to modern politics and watching your old friends die. Plus, hulk and Thor are completely missing.
Sure, there's a supporting cast of avengers, but at the heart of it are Cap's moral dilemmas. To make it an Avengers movie would not allow for that kind of focus. It either had to be an iron man movie or a cap one.

Far far far better than the the last C.A. film, which had one of the most boring plots of any comic book film I have ever seen. I didn't think Winter Soldier was a bad film though. Thor 1 was a bad film
Spiderman was amazing. Finally they have somebody who can play both a good Peter and Spiderman. I love how they changed his webbing back to a device.
Great film, so far CA has the best series out of them all.
