I ............. enjoyed .......... this .......... movie .............. very .......... much! .............. I ............. especially ............. enjoyed ............... the ............. sloths.

Actually, the sloths weren't my favorite. The main characters of Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde were. It's been forever since I've seen Jason Bateman in anything. Just haven't watched the right shows or movies, I guess. Jeez, I remember when he played James Ingalls on Little House on the Prairie!

I honestly think this might be one of the smartest Disney movies.

The plot was well-crafted and moved along logically, the jokes worked well, they spent a good amount of time building a believable world (especially with the little things like multiple sized doors on the train, a whole neighborhood for the rodents, a vacuum lift for the drink stand) and the social commentary was on point. I especially liked that they didn't try and directly translate the animals into human groups (the foxs are black, the rabbits are white, the sheep are Christians) but created social roles and stereotypes that made sense in that universe.

I didn't want to see this movie until I read griffin's review. Now I very much want to see it.

Yeah, this was a great movie. I liked seeing Jason Bateman in a role he could really cut loose in. Idris Elba is always a plus to see, especially in a comedic role. I love cop movies like this, so the whole Godfather/Chinatown shift was another big plus to me.

I liked it. I won't but it, but it was enjoyable.

The rabbit at the DMV sums up my entire existence in molasses-slow Tennessee.
