How can you go wrong with Nicholson and Freeman??
YOU CAN'T!!!  It was great! The chemistry between the two was so obvious and strong and believable, and I laughed so hard during some scenes, I almost cried. Hayes' role was small, but also funny, and he was great. Wonderful movie. It shows how strong the bond of friendship can be, even between two dying men who just met. Seriously, go see it.  |

I loved it. I laughed, I cried. It was great. I agree with Superkay- they really seemed like friends. They are both amazing actors. I liked Sean Hayes too (Jack!). He was cute and even though his part was small, it was sweet too.
Though this film did make me realize how old Jack Nicholson has gotten.

I thought it was horribly predicable and cliche. I didn't find the characters all that likable and they were too typed casted. If it was Freeman playing the lonely millionair it would have been better. You can also clearly see the use of green screens. What you seen in the trailer is what you got.

I disagree with Amy. If Morgan Freeman would have played the lonely millionaire it wouldn't have worked at all. I think they did a great job casting this one. I enjoyed it a LOT! I'd see it again.

This was overly sentimental, saccharin sweet, and predictable. True, Jack and Morgan were briliant, but the rest of it was an overly long cliche. Save your money.

The acting was really good (which I expected), but it got a bit boring in the middle. The ending was great though.
It was a good movie but it would be worth it to wait for the DVD.

A nice surprise. But the use of green screen is a bit obvious, especially on Blu Ray.
Great chemistry between the actors.
I just think the movie lacked edges. a little too much middle of the road.
