They'll keep making these. Can't really blame them, just the people who are dumb enough to pay $14.75 for Z-movie 3D violence.

I thought the one before this was supposed to be the last one?
I don't like these movies, but I have to laugh about the overly technical ways they think of killing people off in the series. They just keep getting more ridiculous!

Saying a movie is going to be the last one is a Hollywood trick to make it seem like a must-see event. "If you don't see this one, you'll never see another!".

I just saw this in 3D by myself. It's the first R rated movie I've seen on my own. I wanted to go see it on opening night, but I thought that was tonight when it was last night. It was pretty crowded there tonight.
It was okay. There were some really gruesome deaths here, the likes of which Happy Tree Friends could not compare! Oh man, you should have heard the moans and curses flying through the room at some of the deaths.
The first part with the bridge collapsing was pretty good too. There were some really suspenseful parts, especially in the first parts with the gymnastics and the spa scenes. I could never tell what was going to kill the victims because there were so many possibilities, and what did so in the end surprised me.

One of the survivors, the one who tried to kill Sam in the end, I think his name was Peter, kind of looked like Brandon Routh. I like Routh . Disappointed to find out it wasn't him.
I thought it was interesting in the end when they showed that it was actually the prequel to the first final destination movie. At first I thought it was a sequel, and when sam kept talking about flying to Paris, I thought that it was going to be a different flight, but that they would die on it, comparing it to the first movie, and it turns out it was the same one!
What I don't get about that though is that the funeral home guy said he had seen it all before, but none of the other movies happened before. Now that's a paradox. What's up with that?
I'm so glad I saw this in 3D. It wouldn't have been near as exciting or enjoyable in 2D.

Nope. They planned on making another one almost immediately after the fourth one.

Obviously they're setting it up for a sequel to the prequel to show where it began.

I finally buckled down and watched the first one the other night. Or part of it. It made me laugh at some of the deaths. It was..decent enough for a horror film.
If I get a free ticket Id go, dunno about paying

I could barely stand to watch the uneven bars scene. F-ck that was gnarly.
I still don't understand the internal logic of these films.
Why did the couple on the plane die at the end?

They died because they just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. It was a totally new freak accident caused by Death. It had nothing to do with their previous encounter with him.

They happened to randomly be at the site of two major disasters in the course of a couple of months? Both of them together?
And her death was not a typical plane explosion death. It had an improbable, freakish gore common to all deaths of the "cheaters." If that is the answer, it is really outlandish and silly, even for this genre.

Love all these movies. They are so interesting and clever. The gore is always awesome, especially in this one. I hope they never stop making them

i enjoyed all of these movies just for the silly death scenes, the surprising elegant ones as much as the elaborate convoluted ones
but then i don't think there's much else to enjoy about these movies is there?
anyway, this one was good, better than the last 2
