`Thou hast done me so special and so rare a mercy, that being a woman, by my nature weak, timid and delicate as are all women, thou has caused me to be vigorous, brave, and strong. Persist in giving me strength so that I, like another Deborah, like another Judith, like another Esther, may free thy people.` A prayer from Elizabeth I prayer book.

Plures Adorant Solem Orientum Quam Occidentum- More do adore the rising than the setting sun.

Where to start....... Well, I love history, also language and literature of all kinds. Writing, is one of my many creative outlets. I go to a very private school, it’s so private I`m the only student. I plan on studying law. I`m a loner. If I could, I would put up a shack in the middle of nowhere and I’ll be just fine. I call myself an eccentric, others call me weird. No biggy.

All around, I would say I`m a good person, though I have my moments.

I think that about covers it.

Which, really, you can't help but laugh. Come on. Debbie Burger? It's instantly made in to a joke. Her daughter's last name is King. Burger-King.

I finally got off my butt, and got a gift for my mom. It cost me $46. All for one gift, and three cards.

My uncle is coming by on Sunday to cook my mom and my gram a mother's day dinner.

Lots of fat and salt. I don't think I can do it.

Summer is almost here. You know what that means?

It's time to clean out the ol' closet!

I was at the library, and I was coming out of the girl's restroom, and as soon as I opened the door, there was this young man standing there. I think there was something wrong with him, like he had some disability or something, because his eyes were dark, very dark, and they were kinda bugging out. But they kind've reminded me of a dead fish. Just......*shivers*

When I opened the door, and came out, I kind've jumped, and he just smiled showing braces (lol), and greeted me, and I smiled and said hi in return. Though at the same time I was kinda moving away kind of quickly. Apparently, he was waiting on someone, for an older man came out of the men’s bathroom, but yeah. I hope he didn't notice my hesitation towards him. Which, I think he probably did.

Today, just proved, once again, why I kinda can’t stand girls.

I'm in a book club where it's mostly girls. And most of the girls that do attend are very in to the fluffy light reads. And that's ok. But when we have to pick a book each month, the material that is usually nominated, is of the chick lit variety. It's always, girl moves to another city or country, has a bit of a time adjusting, meets really cute guy whose totally in to her, but she JUST doesn't know. OR, girl's parents are splitting, she's going to private school, she wants to be a fashion designer, there's some cute guy that she likes, and she's trying to adjust while wearing top of the line jeans. It's always that kind of plot, with some cute guy. Though, I like a cute guy thrown in sometimes, ENOUGH WITH THE FLUFFINESS!

I suggested these books called the Roma Sub Rosa series. Amber, whose like the one who gets us all together, though clearly not interested in the idea, said they sounded good. Of course, no one voted for them, and instead picked some chick lit crap.
